I’m reading a book that got me thinking and I needed to share.
The book is about making yourself invaluable to your company. Here are some questions I have for you. What makes you invaluable to your company? Are you just fulfilling what it says in the job description or do you bring some intangibles to your job that make you a key player?
I’m challenging myself to see what I can bring to the table that is different from everyone else. I’m pretty confident that it will work out for the best.
